Kinfolk # 8
This product has sold out.
While it began as a magazine devoted to home entertaining, with this issue Kinfolk strikes out in a different direction, offering a tribute to Japanese food and cooks. Contributors address topics as varied as Tokyo coffee shops, artisan potters, wasabi growers, and wakame seaweed harvests. A sprinkling of recipes runs through this issue, but the emphasis is on Japan’s cultural traditions and aesthetics.
Paperback. Color photographs throughout.
