Fortunately, the good folks at Oster have put together a recipe book for anyone to get the most out of their blenders.
Rather than mixing cake batter, blend it! Prepare the vegetables for shrimp etouffee with the “chop” setting! Puree ham, mayonnaise, onions, and a pickle for a delicious sandwich spread!
Despite the many uses for the blender, Oster also knows its limitations and advises against making mashed potatoes and grinding raw meat in the device.
