Twice a year this Spanish-English bilingual magazine, billing itself as the “Journal of Haute Cuisine,” pays tribute to some of the world’s greatest chefs with profiles and photos of their plated food. The editor refers to them as “the seven horsemen who crossed the Appocolypse.” They are: Joan Roca, Eneko Atxa, Dabiz Munoz, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Angel Leon, Diego Guerrero, and Paco Morales.
