The first of Chef Redzepi’s cookbooks to enter general distribution, this handsome, large-format book ably asserted that there was more to his fame, and that of his restaurant, than a quest for unusual ingredients scraped off the side of a cliff. Enthusiastically received, it has been through several printings, though somewhat erratically available from its publisher.
This is a first printing, signed by Rene Redzepi. It is unused.
Hardcover. Color photographs throughout.
