Some are prominent people of Greek heritage: Arian Huffington, Bob Costas, Cat Cora, Olympia Dukakis. Others are well-known for their writing about Greek cuisine: Diane Kochilas and editor Louis. Still others are prominent chefs: Michel Roux, Nobu Matsuhisa. The food is naturally quite varied but largely fits within the confines of traditional Greek cuisine, occasionally enlivened by the like of a watermelon gazpacho or spaghetti with red-hot chile peppers, bottarga, and lime. Very attractive.
