Dusoulier is best known for her blog, http://chocolateandzucchini.com/, where she writes about everyday French home cooking. Here, in her third book, she makes the most of the vegetable bounty found in Parisian greenmarkets. Her seasonally organized recipes are clearly French in inspiration, but they are a long way from familiar: asparagus buckwheat tart, for instance, or a green bean, red rice, and almond salad. And just as intriguing, savory canelés made with leftovers from Corsican bell pepper stew. Much fun!
