This second volume of the semiannual Ambrosia magazine focuses on the food of Denmark. The 16 articles focus on many of the major restaurants and chef steering the New Nordic cuisine ship: Noma and Rene Redzepi, Relae and Christian Puglisi, Geist and Bo Bech, Atelier September and Frederik Bille Brahe.
