Recipes lean toward the vegetable-centric and are imaginative without being contorted to fit a particular party concept; crispy Napa cabbage with cilantro-yogurt sauce, feta, and pickled red onion; rigatoni with jammy summer squash and tomato sauce; slow-braised leg of lamb tacos.
Fun as well as thought-provoking.
