Class: Bubbles!

Everything about sparkling wine is a celebration, and December brings plenty of opportunities to share something bubbly! Join our very own Chef Annette Tomei—who is also a wine and spirits specialist—for an exploration of (almost) all things bubbly and sparkling!

You’ll learn the secrets of Champagne, the lively story of Prosecco, and you’ll meet a few other less familiar characters—including a couple of alcohol-free options suitable for grown-ups. You’ll also learn how the bubbles get into the wine, how they affect flavor, and what foods pair best with them.

This class takes place on Zoom. The purchase price includes a copy of Sparkling Wine for Modern Times by Zachary Sussman. 

After purchase you’ll receive a series of emails from Annette Tomei with extra information, instructions for selecting a sparkling beverage to taste along with the group during class, and ideas for food pairings to sample during the class session.

Maximum two attendees per ticket/Zoom screen.  Tickets are non-refundable.
