Join Annette Tomei live on Zoom, Tuesday, August 13 from 7-8 pm EDT as she revisits one of her personal favorites from the nearly 40 cookbooks our club has cooked from so far: Spice: A Cook’s Companion by Mark Diacono.
You’ll experience Annette’s exuberance, expertise, and genuine love of sharing good books, good food, and the joy of cooking off the beaten path.
Spice was featured on our Spring 2023 cookbook club and exemplifies the club's exploration of flavor and culture. Author Mark Diacono is a popular British food writer.

Upon registration you’ll receive a welcome email from Annette at Wander Eat and Tell that will include the original menu assignment that the club worked from and some additional references and notes that will add depth to your experience of the book and the discussion.
In class, you’ll get answers to frequently asked questions, and also have a chance to ask your own.
Annette will be joined by some of our long-time members who have been with the club from the beginning who will also answer questions at the end of the session.
