Magazine F is a food documentary magazine which focuses on one ingredient per issue. The magazine explores how each ingredient is grown, prepared, and shared in different cultures around the world, through in-depth interviews, inspiring stories, and beautiful photos.

The magazine originates in Korea, where it is published roughly 6 times a year. But as part of its quest to examine the use of foods worldwide, it features information on many locations, traditions, cooks, and producers. 

Tools are indispensable to the production and consumption of food. And like food they often must satisfy both practical and aesthetic considerations. We can examine tools to understand something about the people who made and used them, exploring the materials used as well as their form. With profiles of artisan knife smiths, interviews with tool collectors who may be Michelin-starred chefs or home enthusiasts, and guides to exceptional tool sources, this issue strives to evoke the good feeling of a tool well-suited to a hand.
