Much sought and seldom seen, Le Livre de Michel Bras (1991), written with Alain Boudier and Christian Millau, is Michel Bras’ (1946– ) first book.
It is at once a collection of colorful, exuberant dishes prepared with fresh produce and a celebration of Bras’ home village of Laguiole in Aveyron. Devoted to the land and inspired by its products, Bras honors quality ingredients before any other consideration in creating and presenting a dish.

Our copy is in Very Good condition. It is clean throughout, the binding tight. The jacket shows minor shelfwear.
