Sample the exciting modern urban vibes of chef Camille Becerra's bold new cookbook, Bright Cooking. A cooking demo and tasty eats (included with admission!) will let you tune into this pioneer of the healthy chic food movement, whose first restaurants took root on the Lower East Side.

Becerra represents her ideals through plant-based and pescatarian recipes that look beautiful, have dimensions of flavor, and make you feel good after eating them. You'll meet her and hear her in conversation with Chef Annette Tomei about her innovative system of versatile components which can enliven your cooking year round.

If you purchase Admission with a copy of Bright Cooking, you will receive your book at the Essex Market the evening of August 22.  

You will not receive a physical ticket for this event. Your name will be on a list when you check in at the Essex Market Kitchen Mezzanine that evening.
