Meet Chef Jeremy Salamon of Brooklyn's beloved new hotspot Agi's Counter as he discusses the Hungarian and Jewish recipes of his new cookbook. Second Generation.

In conversation with Chef Annette Tomei, Salamon will talk about the Jewish immigrants who came to New York from Hungary and Eastern Europe, how their cooking changed the the way New York eats, and how they adapted to the New World. 

Together they'll demonstrate a recipe or two—and share the tasty eats with everyone there!

If you purchase Admission with a copy of Second Generation, you will receive your book at the Essex Market the evening of October 21.  

You will not receive a physical ticket for this event. Your name will be on a list when you check in at the Essex Market Kitchen Mezzanine that evening.
